We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at any time and for any legitimate reason, including pricing errors, product availability, identity validation, or payment verification. In some cases, we may request additional information before processing your order.
Once your order is accepted and in process, you will receive an email indicating that it is being prepared.
Order preparation may take between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product type and level of customization. Since many of our products are handcrafted, this timeframe may be slightly extended. In the event of delays, you will be notified via the email you provided.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. If you place your order between Wednesday and Friday, it may be shipped the following Monday or next business day.
Your order will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
If you need to correct any billing details, you may do so before receiving the “Order Shipped” email by writing to stamplandorlando@gmail.com. It is not possible to modify products, quantities, or add items once the order has been confirmed. In such cases, a new order must be placed.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Stampland Services LLC will not be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from order cancellations or rejections, unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
You must pay the full amount in advance via debit card, credit card, or PayPal Secure Checkout when placing an order through our website.
Payment will be charged at the time of ordering. Full payment must be received before merchandise is prepared or shipped. If you later withdraw, dispute, return, or reverse any payment, you will be required to repay the full sale amount plus an administrative fee and any additional charges incurred by Solaine by Stampland, the trade name of STAMPLAND SERVICES LLC.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, credit terms may be agreed upon under a separate written agreement. Please contact us to arrange this.
Solaine by Stampland cannot confirm the final price of an item until after an order has been placed.
Pricing errors may occur on the Solaine by Stampland website. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a pricing error, without additional obligation from Stampland Services LLC, even if you have already received an order confirmation or shipping notice. At our discretion, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Prices for products offered on the Solaine by Stampland website may differ from those offered through other sales channels.
Product prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Some products or services may be available exclusively online through the solaineart.com website. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be an exact representation due to differences in device settings.
Because our products are entirely handcrafted, slight variations or natural imperfections may occur. These characteristics are not considered defects and will not be grounds for return or refund.

Delivery is considered complete when Stampland Services LLC, operating under the trade name Solaine by Stampland, hands over the order to a courier service (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local delivery). Solaine by Stampland is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the order has been delivered to the carrier.
If you select a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to coordinate the shipment accordingly. However, you acknowledge that this date is a non-binding estimate and cannot be used as a basis for claims related to early or late deliveries.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we have no control over the delivery process. Therefore, we recommend selecting a delivery date with at least one extra day of margin to avoid inconvenience.
Solaine by Stampland reserves the right to make partial deliveries. This does not exempt the customer from the obligation to accept and pay for the remaining portion of the order.
By submitting any content or image for custom work, you represent and warrant that you own the corresponding copyright, have the appropriate license, or have been duly authorized by the copyright holder to permit us to use such material.
