Our team begins preparation almost immediately after receiving an order to ensure timely delivery, and due to the personalized nature of our items, they cannot be reused or resold.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will assess whether processing has already begun and, if not, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, any modification or cancellation is subject to prior written approval from Solaine by Stampland and may incur additional charges.
If a cancellation is accepted, you agree that all costs, expenses, or charges already incurred will be deducted from any payment previously made, and such amounts will be non-refundable.
During website maintenance, pricing display errors may occur. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, with no further obligation.
