All orders are processed on the same day or on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the order confirmation email, depending on the time of day and the shipping method. You will receive a second notification when your order has been shipped.
Same-Day or Next-Day Hand Delivery
We offer same-day or next-day hand delivery through our in-house courier service. Hand delivery is available throughout the Miami area or Miami-Dade County. Please note that our courier service only performs same-day or next-day deliveries within the Miami area or Miami-Dade County, unless a special request is made in advance.
Choose Your Delivery Date
You may select the specific date on which you would like your order to be delivered. Please note that, although rare, courier services may deliver a package one day earlier if it has been expedited through their system. Robin Legacy primarily ships ground via UPS; however, we also offer hand delivery through our in-house courier service if you reside in the local Miami area or Miami-Dade County.
Additional Information & Fraud Verification
Some orders may require additional processing time for identity or order verification. Because we use a third-party verification system, we must wait for authorization before dispatching any flagged order. Our team will notify you by email of any order flagged in our system.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
